Demonstrator Blog Hop June 2019

Hello, and welcome to June’s Demonstrator Training Blog Hop.  Welcome if you’ve reached me from another blog.  I’m Dianne (The Purple Rose Stamper) from the UK.  I hope you enjoy my blog and then please do hop along to the next one on this list.

As we are almost half way through the year and my garden is beginning to burst into bloom with beautiful vibrant flowers I decided for this blog hop I would create a card using the Daisy Delight stamp set and adding sentiments from Butterfly Gala, Special Celebrations and Perennial Birthday stamp sets.

My first choice of colours were Mango Melody, Pumpkin Pie and Granny Apple Green but once I had overlaid the flowers I realised there were no coloured embellishments to coordinate with all of the chosen colours so I changed them up so that I could add corresponding glitter enamel dots, ending up with Melon Mambo, Granny Apple Green and Gorgeous Grape

Having settled on the design and loving the colour combo I decided to make 3 versions of the card using each colour for the centre flower and the base card but used different sentiments on each.  I'm delighted with the finished results.  Normally my favourite card would be the pink or purple, but of the 3 cards the green one gets my vote as I think it looks bright and fresh.  Which is your favourite?

I hope you enjoyed my cards, and it would be great if you hopped along to the next Demonstrator on the list to see all the wonderful creations.

  8. So cool! What a unique way to display the daisy images! By the way, there is a town near where I live called Enderby - close to your surname!

    1. Thanks Heather..... I'm told that many generations ago the surname was Enderby and someone added an 's'. We also have an Enderby in the UK - not that I've visited.
