Kylie Bertucci's Monthly International Blog Highlights - September 2020

Welcome to this months International Blog Highlights.  The theme is 'Thank You' and my entry below features the 2020-2022 in colours.

My card this month is quite straight forward yet colourful and bright.  Firstly I cut strips of the 2020-2022 in-colour cardstock at 0.7cm wide and glued them to a piece of whisper white card letting them overhang the edges then once all were secure cut the layer to size.   I chose Magenta Madness as the base card onto which I layered a smaller piece of whisper white and then the striped layer.  Using the Playful Alphabet Dies cut the word 'Thank' in random colours.  I cut 5 triangles in whisper white with the 2nd smallest triangle from Stitched Triangle Dies and glued on the letters, then using dimensionals to position them onto the top of the card.  Inking the 'You' from the Best Year stamp set in Magenta Madness onto Whisper White card I die cut with the 3rd smallest triangle and positioned it on the righthand side of the card.

To finish the inside of the card I trimmed one strip of each colour in half and glued them to the bottom left of a whisper white layer.

I do hope you like my card and, if so, I would love you to vote for me.  Please vote by clicking on the button below where you will be taken to the gallery of cards and to vote for me you need to click on the heart at the top right of the picture.
